Stjepan Nikolic

Stjepan Nikolic is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in manufacturing, supply chain management, and infrastructure projects. Currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing Operations at Coca-Cola HBC, Stjepan oversees the performance of eight manufacturing plants and manages beverage production, food-grade carbon dioxide production, and energy systems. Previously held positions include Head of Infrastructure Projects at Coca-Cola HBC, Refining & Marketing Operating Director at INA Grupa, and various roles within Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, where responsibilities ranged from country supply chain management to plant operations. Stjepan's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Process Engineering from the University of Zagreb and further studies at prestigious institutions such as IMD, Thunderbird University, Cranfield University, and WITS Business School.
