Annette Ruchwa

Annette Ruchwa, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as AVP of People Success at COCC since July 2012, Annette has progressed through various HR roles, including Human Resources Manager and Sr. Human Resources Generalist - Team Lead. Annette is responsible for overseeing HR team activities and managing employee benefits, leaves, and health and welfare programs. Prior to COCC, Annette held positions at USI Consulting Group, Verve Professional Services, Bernies Appliance/TV, Environmental Systems Products, Envirotest, and Dunbar Armored, gaining extensive expertise in HR administration and benefits management. Annette holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Hartford.
