Shkelzen Gjonbalaj

Shkelzen Gjonbalaj is an experienced technology and operations professional currently serving as AVP at COCC since January 2013. In this role, Shkelzen created and developed a new team for the Infrastructure-As-A-Service (iWorkstation) product, successfully establishing operational policies and procedures while expanding the team from two to seven members. Prior to this position, Shkelzen held various roles at COCC, including Infrastructure Support Manager and Sr. Systems Administrator, and gained experience at GTE Federal Credit Union as an Enterprise System Administrator. Shkelzen's career began at Sovereign Bank as an OAG Analyst I, providing technical support in a banking environment. Educationally, Shkelzen holds a BS in Network Engineering from the New England Institute of Technology.
