Timothy Timmons has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Timothy began their career in 1992 as a Signal Officer in the US Army, where they served until 2013. During this time, they held positions such as Division Chief at the Joint Interoperability Test Command and Brigade S-6 at the 7th Sustainment Brigade. In 2003, they were a Company Commander in B Company, 40th Signal Battalion, 11th Signal Brigade. From 2000 to 2003, they served as the Battalion S-6 at the 24th Transportation Battalion. In 2014, they joined Cochise College as a Faculty - Assistant Chief Flight Instructor and later became the Chief Flight Instructor in 2023. Additionally, they have worked as a Jet Captain at Sawyer Aviation, a MEDEVAC Pilot at Sunrise Air Ambulance and PONDEROSA AVIATION, INC. Timmons has a strong background in aviation and leadership roles.

Timothy Timmons pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Salisbury University during 1990-1992. Later, from 2011 to 2013, they earned a Masters in Aeronautical Science - Aerospace Operations from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
