Elaine Farrell

Elaine Farrell is a highly experienced professional in quality management, currently serving as the Director of Global Quality Operations at Cochlear since July 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing quality for Australian manufacturing sites and global repair centers. Previously held positions at Cochlear include Quality Manager and Principal Quality Engineer, and earlier experience includes a role as Senior Quality Engineer at Xsil. Elaine holds a Post Graduate Certification in Migration Law from The Australian National University and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Quality Management from Dundalk Institute of Technology.
