Emir Delic

Emir Delic is an experienced engineering and project management professional with a career spanning over two decades, primarily at Cochlear since April 2009. Emir holds the position of Director Systems Engineering, overseeing medium to long-term cochlear implant projects and platforms. Previous roles at Cochlear include Senior Manager, Systems Engineering, Program Manager for Smart Implants, and Senior System Project Manager, where Emir managed complex systems and product development efforts. Noteworthy contributions include successful launches of significant products, such as Kanso and Nucleus 6. Prior to Cochlear, Emir was a Team Leader in Product Development at EMOTIV, designing an award-winning EEG system, and played a vital role as an Electronics Engineer in a start-up focused on human-computer interfaces. Emir holds an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (Hons) from the University of Sydney.
