Maria Helling

Maria Helling serves as the Vice President of Finance for EMEA at Cochlear, where responsibilities include managing the regional finance function and holding a position on the EMEA senior leadership team since February 2019. Previously, Maria occupied the role of Vice President of Acoustics Finance at Cochlear Bone Anchored Solutions, overseeing the global Cochlear Acoustics portfolio's financial performance. Prior experience includes being the Corporate Strategy Director at Mölnlycke Health Care, where strategic planning was aligned globally, and serving as Finance Director and other roles within the same company, focusing on global supply chain management and strategic marketing. Maria's early career involved various positions, including vacation employment across finance, marketing, and procurement at Lundgrens i Gräfsnäs and administrative duties for the Ministry of Justice. Maria holds a Master's degree in International Business from the University of Gothenburg and a certification in board governance.
