Martina Hayes

Martina Hayes is a QMS Specialist on the Improvements Team at Cochlear, starting in April 2024. Previously, Martina served as Manager of Medical Devices & In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices at PharmaLex from January 2022 to January 2024 and as a Senior Medical Device Consultant at SeerPharma in 2021. In the latter role, Martina provided consulting services, conducted medical device training, and lectured on Good Manufacturing Practices at the University of Technology Sydney. Prior experience includes roles at 3DMorphic, Sabre Medical, Stryker, Nimbus Research Centre, Teleflex Incorporated, and Eli Lilly and Company, with a strong focus on quality assurance and regulatory compliance within the medical device industry. Martina holds a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy, along with a Master's degree in Medical Technology Regulatory Affairs expected by June 2025, and several certificates in training delivery and evaluation.
