Paola Delgado

Paola Delgado is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in market access, government affairs, and legal management across various industries in Latin America. Since May 2016, Paola has served as the Market Access and Government Affairs Director for Cochlear, also managing Cochlear operations in Colombia and Mexico. Previously, Paola held significant legal roles at SNC-Lavalin, including Legal Vice-President for the LATAM region, and served as an Associate at Philippi, Prietocarrizosa & Uría. Earlier in the career, Paola worked at Caterpillar Inc. in roles focused on contracts and risk analysis, as well as at Colmena - Fundación Social managing legal affairs. Paola holds a Master of Laws in Comparative Law from the University of San Diego, a Master's Degree in Commercial Law from Universidad de Los Andes, and a Juris Doctor from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. Additionally, Paola is a board member of the Australia Colombia Business Council since February 2019.
