René Roos

René Roos is an experienced director and engineer with a robust background in firmware and signal processing, currently serving as Director of Firmware and Signal Processing at Cochlear since January 2004. Key achievements include leading initiatives for organizational restructuring, managing a diverse global team of engineers, overseeing substantial budgets, and establishing strategic partnerships with major tech companies. Previously held roles range from Senior Manager to Project Firmware Engineer, where notable contributions included optimizing firmware design and project management. Additionally, René co-founded and serves as Secretary for Marsden Park Galaxy FC and has prior experience at NXP Semiconductors and Paradigit Computers.
