Jenny Chin (CDP)

Jenny Chin (CDP) has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Jenny is currently serving as the Director of Talent & Culture at Cochran, Inc since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Recruiter at Salesforce from September 2021 to October 2022. At Salesforce, they were responsible for corporate recruitment and implemented effective sourcing strategies.

Before joining Salesforce, Jenny worked at Pacific Program Management, starting in May 2019 as a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner. In this role, they recruited employees at different levels and worked closely with C-suite and senior leadership to create hiring strategies. Jenny also managed and led recruiting team members and staffing vendors, consistently meeting growth targets and performance goals.

Jenny also has experience working at Aerotek, where they served as an Account Manager from July 2014 to January 2017 and as a Recruiter from February 2012 to July 2014. During their time at Aerotek, they specialized in technical staffing and completed the "Recruiter II" training program.

Jenny Chin (CDP) completed their undergraduate education from 2006 to 2010 at Western Washington University. Jenny obtained a degree in Sociology, with a focus on Law/Crime and Social Organizations/Inequality. Additionally, they pursued a minor in Chinese. Later on, in January 2021, Jenny obtained certification as a Certified Diversity Professional from the Institute for Diversity Certification.
