Theresa Saelim, EDFP, currently serves as Vice President of External Engagement at the Franklin County Land Bank and Central Ohio Community Land Trust, and as President & CEO of Theresa Saelim Consulting, LLC. With a background in leadership positions at ECDI, Chase, PNC, and The United Way of Central Ohio, Theresa has extensive experience in community development, lending, and program management. Notable expertise includes overseeing the Community Development Collaborative of Greater Columbus and engaging various stakeholders to support and promote community initiatives. With a B.A. from The Ohio State University and certifications in Economic Development and Women’s Entrepreneurship, Theresa is dedicated to advancing financial literacy and homeownership opportunities within diverse communities.

The Central Ohio Community Improvement Corporation (COCIC) was formed by the Franklin County Commissioners with the mission to improve the quality of our neighborhoods and to revitalize our communities through the reclamation, rehabilitation and reutilization of vacant, abandoned, blighted and/or tax-foreclosed properties in Franklin County. COCIC: the Franklin County Land Bank and its subsidiary, the COCLT: Central Ohio Community Land Trust, work jointly to support affordable housing efforts throughout Franklin County.
