Federico Carrillo is a seasoned entrepreneur and real estate executive with extensive experience in diverse sectors. As Co-Founder of COCINA 54 since June 2016, Federico has pioneered the production of the first baked gluten-free empanada in the United States, focusing on quality ingredients and a variety of flavors. Prior to this, Federico served as President of Baires Development & Investment from January 2008 to October 2017, where leadership in real estate investments resulted in a consistently growing portfolio and over $500K in annual revenues.
