Sarah Samuel

Sarah Samuel is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in policy and regulation development, particularly focused on sustainable development and public policy. Currently serving as a Director at Deloitte since July 2024, Sarah also contributes as a Trustee and Non-Executive Director at Cockpit, where roles include Chair of the Development Committee and member of the Finance and Business Committee. Previous positions include Managing Consultant at PA Consulting Group, Head of Consulting and Strategy at Utilyx, and various leadership roles at Ofgem and the Sustainable Development Commission. Educational qualifications include an MS in Climate Physics and Chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BA in Physics from the University of Oxford, among others.
