Arnav Das is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Beverage Manager at Coco Collection since April 2024, overseeing all aspects of beverage operations. Previously, Arnav held the position of Restaurant and Bar Manager cum Executive Sommelier at Heritance Aarah from November 2021 to February 2024, managing multiple bars and dining establishments. Arnav’s experience also includes serving as Restaurant Manager for bars and beverage operations at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, and working in various managerial roles at Taj Hotels, The Park Hotels, and Fortune Park Hotels Ltd. Arnav's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management from the University of West London, a Diploma in International Hospitality Administration from the International Institute of Hotel Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Studies and Catering Services from Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University.
