Dennis Bastas

Dennis Bastas has extensive experience in human resources and safety management, currently serving as Head of HR at Coco Republic since November 2022 and as a Board Member for SeeAbility. Previously, Dennis was Human Resources Director at Freedom Kitchens & Wardrobes from July to November 2022 and held the position of Head of People & Culture at Unitrans Asia Pacific from November 2020 to July 2022. A long tenure at Freedom Australia from February 2011 to November 2020 included roles such as HR Manager, HR & WHS Business Partner, HR & WHS Advisor, and HR Coordinator. Earlier in the career, Dennis worked as a Retail Professional at David Jones from February 2007 to February 2011. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from Western Sydney University, a Graduate Certificate in Risk Management from the Governance Institute of Australia, and completion of the HFL Leadership Program in 2019.
