Kwame Okraku Kissiedu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and production within the cocoa industry. Currently serving as Principal Quality Assurance Superintendent at Cocoa Processing Company Limited since March 2016, Kwame has also held roles as Principal Production Superintendent-Confectionery and Senior Research and Development Officer at the same organization. In addition to practical experience, Kwame possesses a strong academic background, including a Master's degree in Food Quality Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a Commonwealth Executive Masters in Business Administration. Further qualifications include a Certificate in Packaging Technology from The Institute of Packaging in South Africa and a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Biochemistry from the University of Ghana.
