Beth Lynch

Beth Lynch has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Beth has worked at Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages multiple times, assuming the roles of Talent Acquisition Lead and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Beth has also worked as an Independent Wine Consultant for Scout & Cellar ~ Partners In Wine ~Independent Consultant Team. Prior to that, they held positions at The Coca-Cola Company as a Human Resources Business Partner and at Kinetic Concepts, Inc. as a Human Resources Director. Beth has also worked at Termitix, Gevity, and TSE Industries in various HR management roles. Beth has demonstrated their expertise in talent acquisition, HR business partnering, and leading HR functions throughout their career.

Beth Lynch has a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Beth also has additional certifications including SHRM-SCP from SHRM obtained in 2015 and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI obtained in 2008.
