Emmanuel J. Juarez Gandara has extensive experience in the IT field, specifically in the beverage industry. Emmanuel J. served as the IT Back Office Director at Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages, where they were responsible for managing information systems and technology supporting various departments. Emmanuel J. also led a team of direct reports and oversaw a $10MM budget. Prior to that, they worked as the Application Systems Manager at Arca Continental, where they were accountable for the performance and availability of software applications and systems used in global supply chain operations. Emmanuel J. successfully led a SAP conversion project and managed up to 100 employees, contractors, and consultants during this project. Earlier in their career, Emmanuel worked as the Supply Chain - IT Business Process Manager at Grupo Continental, where they provided IT support for inventory management and warehouse systems across multiple production facilities and distribution centers. Emmanuel J. was responsible for all project phases, including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and training.
