Michelle B. has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Michelle is currently the Director of Inclusion & Diversity for Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages, where they are responsible for developing and implementing a DEI strategy. Prior to this, Michelle founded "Just Reset It," a platform for discussing workplace culture and promoting diversity and inclusion. Michelle also worked as a Project Manager for Diversity & Inclusion at Samsung Electronics America and held roles at Bright Horizons, Red Oak ISD, KinderCare Education, The Children's Courtyard, Planned Parenthood of Greater Texas, Inc., and EXPRESS. Throughout their career, Michelle has demonstrated a strong commitment to promoting DEI, developing inclusive leaders, and driving organizational change.

Michelle B. earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Leadership from Walden University from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Texas-Pan American. Michelle has also obtained several additional certifications, including a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2021, as well as various certifications in talent management, employee relations, communication, and generative AI from LinkedIn, with the most recent obtained in 2023.
