Megan Miccio currently serves as the Resource and Referral Manager and Inclusion Specialist at CocoKids, where responsibilities include co-developing the CocoKids Inclusion Warm Line and providing enhanced services and referrals with a focus on inclusion and equity. Previous experience includes roles as an Instructional Assistant and Guest Lecturer at San Francisco State University, facilitating learning opportunities in child development. Additional positions include Assistant Director and Pre-K Teacher at Tree of Life Learning Center, Database Administrator at Kids' Country, and various teaching roles at Congregation Bnai Shalom and Contra Costa Jewish Community Center. Megan holds a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Sonoma State University.

CocoKids is a nonprofit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Our mission is to champion and advance quality child care and early education. Now in its 42nd year, Cocokids offers expertise and exemplary programs and services to children, families, early educators and communities. With offices in Richmond, Concord and Antioch, it is at the center of the child care delivery system so that parents can work and children are ready for success in school. CocoKids provides free or low cost programs designed to support and empower parents and child care providers so that children, families, businesses and communities benefit.
