Paul Sullivan

Paul Sullivan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support management, content editing, and healthcare. Currently serving as Technical Support Manager at Coconut Software since September 2022, Paul previously held the position of Executive Editor at COGconnected, contributing significantly to team management, video production, and editorial content. At Unbounce, Paul progressed from Senior Service Support Specialist to Manager of Service Support, overseeing team performance and mentoring staff.
