Desia Williams

Desia Williams has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Their most recent role is as an Operations Manager at Cocoon, starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Operations Team Lead and Operations Team Member at the same company.

Before joining Cocoon, Desia worked at Progressive Insurance as a Claims Generalist Intermediate from June 2021 to January 2022.
