Sylvain Lafon

Sylvain Lafon is a City Manager at COCOONR, overseeing the Marseille agency since July 2020, where responsibilities include implementing a new business model, recruiting and managing teams, and developing a network of property owners and industry partners. Prior to this role, Sylvain founded THE WELCOMER, a real estate agency focused on seasonal rentals, operating from the Vieux Port in Marseille from January 2016 to July 2020. Sylvain also served as Responsable Edition Provence at Le Plan Immobilier - Résomedia from 2011 to 2016, where duties included commercial development and client acquisition through direct outreach. Earlier experience includes a position as Chef de publicité at Metro International in 2010-2011. Sylvain holds a Master 2 (M2) degree in Marketing and Management from Clermont School of Business, completed in 2009.
