Josh Rosenblatt

Josh Rosenblatt has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Josh is currently the Co-Founder, COO, and General Counsel at Co:Create, a position they have held since June 2022. Prior to this, Josh served as the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Fold Inc from April 2020 to June 2022.

From December 2019 to March 2021, they worked at Thesis as the COO and General Counsel. Josh was later promoted to General Counsel and Head of Operations, a role they held from July 2019 to December 2019.

In 2016, Josh co-founded Staff360 and served as a board member until December 2020. Staff360 is a social enterprise focused on finding sustainable employment opportunities for at-risk populations.

From January 2018 to July 2019, they worked at BTC Inc as the SVP of Development and General Counsel, responsible for partnerships and legal matters.

Josh's earlier experiences include working as the Managing Director at BlackLine Advisory Group from June 2014 to December 2017 and as an Attorney at Frost Brown Todd from May 2014 to December 2017. Josh founded and co-chaired the blockchain and crypto-currency practice at Frost Brown Todd.

Prior to that, they worked as an Associate at Waller Lansden Dortch and Davis from September 2010 to May 2014, providing guidance to clients in various industries and structuring private equity investments.

Josh started their career as an intern at Blue Arc Capital and Sequoia Healthcare, where they conducted research and performed due diligence.

Throughout their career, Josh has demonstrated strong leadership, legal expertise, and an ability to drive efficiency and success within organizations.

Josh Rosenblatt attended The George Washington University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Communication and Economics. Following this, they enrolled in Vanderbilt University Law School from 2006 to 2010, earning a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree with a focus on Business Law. Additionally, during the same period, they pursued a Masters of Business Administration in General Management at Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management, completing it from 2007 to 2010.
