Alice Alberti has over 14 years of work experience. Alice began their career in 2007 as a Cashier Customer Service at Decathlon Italia. Alice then worked as an HR Assistant (Intern) at GMB Group in 2011. From 2007 to 2011, they held roles such as Supervisor, Geox Shop Oxford Street, HR Retail Assistant & Training Support (Intern), and Sales Consultant at Geox. In 2013, they became a Business Manager at Little Ones UK Ltd, where they managed up to 10-12 client accounts simultaneously and worked towards sales targets while meeting and often exceeding KPIs. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as an HR Business Partner/Learning Specialist Italy at Desigual, managing all the HR needs for 25 stores in Italy. Alice Alberti has a long and varied educational history. In 2003, they obtained a Bachelor Degree in Science of Education from the University of Padua, graduating cum laude in 2006. Alice then completed an Erasmus Project at the Ramon Llull University of Barcelona in 2005-2006. In 2006, they graduated cum laude from the University of Verona with a Master of Science in Pedagogy. In 2011, they completed a Temporary Cooperation for a University research project in the Department of Education at the University of Verona. In November 2020, they obtained a Strategic Human Resources certification from LinkedIn.
