Jill Archer

Jill Archer has been a director at CODA since January 2020. Prior to that, they were an associate attorney at Ascenda Law Group from May 2014 to January 2020. Jill regularly negotiated cloud/SaaS services agreements, non-disclosure agreements, inbound and outbound licensing agreements, reseller and distribution agreements, strategic partnership agreements, manufacturing services agreements, development agreements, and professional services and vendor agreements. Jill also drafted online terms of service, privacy policies, contractor agreements, reseller and distribution agreements, inbound and outbound licensing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, mobile application terms of service, manufacturing services agreements, strategic partnership agreements, and master services agreements for cloud/SaaS, software, mobile application, and services based companies. In addition, Jill managed trademark portfolios for all Ascenda San Francisco clients including filing (in both international and U.S. jurisdictions), prosecution, and advising clients on general trademark matters and create and implement enforcement plans.

Jill Archer received their Doctor of Jurisprudence from Golden Gate University School of Law in the field of Intellectual Property Law. Prior to that, they received their Bachelor of Arts from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in Political Science and Pre-Law.
