Genna Schlicht

Genna Schlicht has a strong background in technology recruitment and business development. Genna served as the Managing Director of Technology Recruitment at Coda Search from October 2020 and prior to that, as an Associate Director from August 2019 to October 2020. Prior to Coda Search, they worked as a Recruiting Manager at Robert Half Technology from October 2018 to August 2019 and in Business Development at Enable Healthcare Inc from November 2017 to October 2018.

Genna Schlicht completed a Bachelor's degree in Biology at SUNY Oneonta. Genna then pursued a Master of Science in Bioethics/Medical Ethics at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, graduating in 2022. In January 2023, they obtained the World Staffing Award for being part of the Top 100 Staffing Firm to work for with Candidate.ly.
