Maggie Emons-Estes

Maggie Emons-Estes began their work experience in 2016 at Lucas Group as an Executive Search Consultant. Maggie then moved to Hays, where they held several roles including Technical Recruiter, Senior Technical Recruiter, Team Lead for Tampa IT, Recruiting Manager, and lastly, Associate Director responsible for managing delivery and driving candidate coverage. Currently, they are the Director of Technology Recruitment at Coda Search, a co-branded leader in the Executive Search and Staffing industry.

Maggie Emons-Estes earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marketing from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale in 2015. Prior to that, they pursued General Studies at Central Methodist University from 2011 to 2012. In 2023, they obtained the World Staffing Award - Top 100 Staffing Firm to work for from Candidate.ly.
