Emma Hunt

Emma Hunt has worked in the human resources field for over eight years. Emma began their career as an Area and Online Manager for Area51. Emma then transitioned into the role of Recruiter & Human Resources Manager for Movinga. Most recently, they were the Head of People & Culture at Honeypot.io. Emma is currently the Director of People at Codacy. Throughout their career, Emma has been responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing company environments. Emma has also assisted in setting company-wide strategy and building HR strategies to support company goals. Emma is passionate about continuing to improve people processes and practices with their team.

Emma Hunt has a degree in HR Management from the CIPD Qualifications. Emma also has a Bachelor of Arts in Emma'story and Sociology from The University of Auckland. Emma has certifications from the Co-Active Training Institute in Co-Active Leadership Experience and Fundamentals of Co-Active Coaching. Emma is also certified in Mental Health First Aid from MHFA England.
