Art Tsubaki

Art Tsubaki has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Art has held positions such as Vice President of Operations at Codale Electric Supply, Inc., where they are responsible for running and improving the electrical supply warehousing network. As President/CEO of Tsubaki One Inc., they provided consulting and advisory services for international business and culture, particularly for Japan. At Packsize, they served as the Director of Global Product Management, overseeing the development and management of on-demand corrugated box making machines. Art also has experience as the President & CEO of Ipsen Co., Ltd. (Japan), where they grew sales and bookings by implementing operational and financial improvements. Additionally, they held roles at Ipsen, Inc., Tsubaki One Inc., Textron, Uniden, Steelcase, and Motorola, where they focused on sales, marketing, product management, and strategic planning. Overall, Art Tsubaki has a strong background in business management, consulting, marketing, and product development.

Art Tsubaki's education history includes obtaining an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 1995 to 1997. During this time, they focused on Marketing, Strategy, Organizational Behavior, and International Business. Prior to that, they pursued a dual degree, BA and BS, in East Asian Languages and Cultures and Business Administration from The University of Kansas from 1985 to 1992. In 1990 to 1991, Art Tsubaki was a Direct Exchange Student Representative at Sophia University. Additionally, Art Tsubaki was a Japan Ministry of Education Scholarship Recipient at Osaka University from 1988 to 1989, where they pursued the Monbusho Scholarship for a year.

Art Tsubaki also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification in DFSS, which they obtained from Textron in January 2006.
