Lauren Selley

Lauren Selley's work experience includes a role as the Director Portfolio Management at Code and Theory starting in 2023. Prior to that, they founded Selley Brands in 2021, focusing on technical project management, leadership, productivity, and mindset. From 2018 to 2023, they held various roles at YML, including Director Program Management and Senior Technical Program Manager. In 2019, they served as a Board Member at Together Digital. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Payroc as the Director of Program Management. Other previous positions include Senior Technical Project Manager at CloudTags and Worldpay, Project Manager at Bullhorn, and Resource and Knowledge Manager at Perficient. Lauren also served as the Assistant Director at Holy Innocents' Episcopal School from 2005 to 2010.

Lauren Selley obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communication with a minor in Spanish from Kennesaw State University, completed in the year 2010. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from various institutions. In December 2021, they completed a certification in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn. In April 2021, they obtained a certification in Developing Your Emotional Intelligence, also from LinkedIn. Recently, in July 2022, they earned a certification called the Notion Essentials Badge from Notion. Furthermore, they completed two certifications from LinkedIn, one in Managing New Managers in March 2022 and another in Becoming an Impactful and Influential Leader in April 2022.
