Caitlin Docker

Caitlin Docker is an experienced program director currently leading the Safety Net Operations at Code for America, where responsibilities include policy implementation, product delivery, and scaling the GetCalFresh program to improve access to safety net services for over one million Californians. Previously, Caitlin served in various roles at Code for America, enhancing civic tech initiatives and providing training in human-centered design to thousands of civil servants. Earlier career experiences include positions at GMMB and Mind & Media, Inc., along with an internship at Active Minds, Inc. Caitlin holds a BA in Foreign Language (Spanish) and Communications Media from American University and has pursued further education at Universidad Diego Portales since 2010.
