The leadership team at Code for America has a wide range of experience in many different industries and fields of study. Many of the members have worked in education, law, and policy-making, and have experience with compliance and people systems. The team also has a strong design background, with members having worked as user experience designers and researchers. Additionally, several members have experience with fundraising and development.
