Cody Storm

Cody Storm is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic partnerships and public sector solutions, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Code for America since September 2025. Previously, Cody held the position of Senior Director for State & Local Solutions at C3 AI, focusing on enhancing public services through AI. With a strong background in consulting, Cody was a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group, driving cross-functional teams to improve public agency operations, and served as a Strategy Consultant for the Presidio Trust. Cody's earlier experience includes acting as Legislative & Political Director for the California State Assembly, where engagement with key stakeholders on technology and economic development was paramount. Cody holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a BS in Business Administration from Biola University, supplemented by a Graduate Certificate in Applied Politics & Government from California State University-Sacramento.
