Genevieve joined the Code for America team after pursuing her passions for food justice and public policy within the nonprofit and public sectors, holding multiple positions including Director of Advocacy for Indy Hunger Network and Deputy Chief of Staff to Mayor Pete Buttigieg and Policy Director for the City of South Bend. Genevieve graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a B.S. in Environmental Science and an M.S. in Entrepreneurship. As a U.S. Fulbright Scholar, Genevieve graduated from the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Italy with a Master in Gastronomy.
