Ivan Trujillo Priego

Ivan Trujillo-Priego is a skilled professional with extensive experience in biomedical engineering, robotics, and health technology. Currently serving as a Staff Solutions Architect at Code for America, Ivan also co-founded KidzAble, which focuses on creating innovative low-cost medical devices to enhance mobility for children. Through volunteer consulting with Elevaciones, Ivan contributes to holistic rehabilitation for children with cerebral palsy. Previous roles include founding the R&D department at Happiest Baby and serving as a robotic engineer at Dexterity, Inc., where Ivan developed a robotic kitting system. Ivan's education includes a Master of Science in Biokinesiology and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Southern California, along with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechatronic Engineering from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. Notably, Ivan was recognized as a winner in the Falling Walls 2015 Bay Area competition for contributions related to infant development assessment.
