Melenie Hernandez has grown her career as a leader, mentor, and HR professional, with her top priority being her passion for people. She has successfully led multiple teams and developed trusting relationships through her inclusive leadership style, her respect for all, and her desire to do the right thing. Melenie leads by example with transparency, integrity, and a growth mindset, rising to each challenge to ensure the organization and its people are aligned. Melenie started in retail management before earning her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. She has earned her SHRM-CP certification and certification in Investigation Interviews for the HR professional.
