Kay Nadalin is a multifaceted facilitator, designer, and researcher with extensive experience in community development and user experience design. They have worked with organizations such as Transport Canada, where they served as a User Experience & Service Designer, and Code for Canada, where they took on leadership roles as a Design Chapter Lead and Senior Service Designer. Kay co-founded Volunteer YA!, a leadership training program for high school students, and has been deeply involved in various social impact initiatives. Currently, they operate Kay Nadalin Design and Facilitation, focusing on human-centered design in organizational contexts, while also pursuing multiple academic degrees at Wilfrid Laurier University and the University of Guelph.
