Odile Disch-Bhadkamkar is currently an advisor at Code For Fun. Odile has over 25 years of experience in investment management and financial leadership.

Odile began their career as a research analyst at Harvard Business School. Odile then transitioned to JP Morgan, where they eventually became vice president.

In 1992, they began working at Stanford University as the treasurer. In this role, they managed the university’s $3 billion debt program and was responsible for public debt offerings and investor relations for Stanford’s publicly traded debt securities. Odile also oversaw treasury operations and campus e-commerce. In 2013, they became the managing director and chief financial officer of the Stanford Management Company, where they led investment operations, risk management, performance reporting and IT for the university's $25 billion investment portfolio.

Disch-Bhadkamkar has also served as a trustee for the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching and as a director for Exit 182 Group, LLC.

Odile Disch-Bhadkamkar has a Master In Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and an ALB in Extension Studies from Harvard University, where they concentrated in Political Science. In 2015, they completed Executive Education / Stanford Graduate School of Business's program The Emerging Chief Financial Officer. Odile Disch-Bhadkamkar is also a Stanford Leadership Academy alum, having completed the program in 2013-2014 with a focus in Organizational Leadership.
