Kirsten Johnson is a skilled professional with extensive experience in social media management and programming. Currently serving as Social Media Manager at NoCap since May 2020, Kirsten oversees creative social media initiatives that incorporate promotional elements for events. Additionally, Kirsten has been a Computer Programmer intern at Code in the Schools since June 2017 and has volunteered at The Johns Hopkins University and the Baltimore Robotics Center, where responsibilities included event leadership and interaction with children during various competitions. Kirsten holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Morgan State University, an Associate's degree in the same field from Baltimore City Community College, and a High School Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Western High School.

Code in the Schools is a Baltimore City based non-profit whose mission is to expand access to computer science education to under-served and under-represented youth. We achieve this through a three pronged approach; in-school programs, out-of school programs, and professional development for educators.
