Allan Cave currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at SOFFA Electric Inc. and LEED Electric, Inc., where responsibilities include creating a first-rate HR function and fostering an engaging culture. Previously, Allan worked as an Operations Consultant for VolunteerMatch, supporting operations and event planning. Allan held the position of Chief Operations Officer at Apprenti from 2019 to January 2023, overseeing day-to-day operations and contributing to strategic growth for an information technology apprenticeship program. Allan also served Northern Trust Corporation from 2005 to 2017 in various leadership roles, including Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer, and Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Employee Relations, where Allan managed compliance and employment law functions. Allan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Duke University and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center.
