Tom Mcardle

Tom McArdle has extensive experience in business applications, currently serving as the Business Applications Practice Director and Head of Delivery for CRM and Financial Solutions at Codec Ireland since August 2015. In this role, Tom is responsible for ensuring professional services excellence across various practices, focusing on business analysis, change management, and quality assurance, as well as implementing operational strategies within the Microsoft Practice. Previously, Tom held significant positions at Codec-dss, including Practice Lead for Dynamics CRM, and at MentecPlus Integrated Solutions as the Microsoft xRM Projects Lead. Tom's earlier career includes roles at Calyx Software Ltd. and Sysco Software Solutions. Educational background includes an Advanced Diploma in Project Management from Dublin Business School and a BEng(Hons) in Software Engineering from Ulster University.
