Charney Robinson-Williams, MPA, CMM, currently serves as Chief of Staff at Coded by Kids and collaborates with Make Justice Normal. As Founding Principal of Noire Impact, Charney leverages extensive experience in community engagement and impact investing, previously holding roles such as Relationship Manager at Toniic and Director of Community & Content at ImpactPHL. At The Protein Society, Charney advanced organizational growth through various leadership positions, including Director of Communications and Events and Interim Managing Director, facilitating a successful transition to a virtual presence. Additionally, Charney has experience in program coordination, outreach, and academia, with a solid educational background in Public Administration and Political Science from Rutgers University.
