Change Manager at Codemill

Annica Lindström has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Annica is currently working as a First Line Manager (consultant) at Tietoevry since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Codemill from 2013 onwards. At Codemill, they held several roles including Change Manager, Team Leader, HR Manager, and Interaction Designer. As a Change Manager, they focused on improving tools and processes, working closely with the management team and other departments. Annica managed OKRs and KPIs and reported progress to the entire staff. As a Team Leader, they had staff responsibilities, conducted one-on-ones, managed internal processes improvements, and led recruitment and team building activities. As an HR Manager, their responsibilities extended to team leaders, recruitment, work environment, culture, budgeting, policies, and processes. Annica also worked as a Team Leader for a cross-functional development team while also contributing as a UX designer and frontend developer. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Interaction Designer and frontend developer, collaborating with clients to find solutions and implementing final designs based on user research.

Annica Lindström obtained a Master's degree in Interaction and Design from Umeå University, completing their studies from 2008 to 2013.
