Caroline Young

Caroline S. Young serves as the Senior Director of Student & University Marketing at CodePath since March 2023, where the organization aims to enhance diversity in the tech workforce. Previously, Caroline held leadership positions at Pathstream, including Head of Marketing for Content, Community, and Brand, and Director of Marketing, alongside a role as Senior Digital Strategist at RPA managing marketing strategies for Honda. Earlier experience includes teaching at Humber College, overseeing promotional campaigns at Harlequin, and digital marketing management at Firefly Books Ltd. Caroline also has a robust consulting background, a Vice President role at The Lodestar Foundation, and educational credentials including an MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, a BA from Brown University, a Certificate in Publishing from Ryerson University, and studies at the University of Toronto.
