Brendan Kaplan

Brendan Kaplan serves as the Managing Director for the technology, innovation, and digital transformation practice at CodeRed Business Solutions Inc., focusing on enhancing operations for enterprise asset owners in transportation and public utility sectors through AI and data-driven solutions. Previously, Brendan held the position of Deputy CTO - Head of Innovation at NJ TRANSIT, the largest unified state transportation organization in the United States. Additional experience includes roles as a Subject Matter Expert at the Eastern Transportation Coalition, Director of Transformation at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, and Senior Product Manager at the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey. Brendan also led the New Brunswick Office of Innovation as Executive Director, providing guidance on technology solutions to improve community quality of life. Brendan's diverse background in strategy, partnerships, and product management is complemented by a B.A. in Psychology and Political Science from Rutgers University.
