Leo Do

Leo Do has a diverse work experience background in various roles and industries. Leo is the Founder of LEAN PM School, where they specialize in training teams on People Orientation, Agile, and Strategic Thinking. As the General Manager at 2Click Solutions, Leo was responsible for providing software solutions to organizations, focusing on addressing real complexity. Leo also worked as a Senior Project Manager at CoderPush and as a Trainer at Thinking School. Leo's experience as a Co-Founder at VinAxia involved offering recruitment, selection, and people strategy services. In their role as the Head of Development at Platform5 Vietnam, they oversaw the company's daily operations, including hiring employees and building company culture. Leo began their career as a Frontend Developer at Orient Software Development Corp. Overall, Leo has a strong background in project management, training, and team leadership.

Leo Do obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, General from the University Of Economics Ho Chi Minh City from 2008 to 2012. Thereafter, they pursued a Master's Degree in Management Information Systems, General at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology from 2014 to 2016. In January 2018, Leo Do obtained certification as a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance.
