Hamdija Jusufagic has an extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles.

In 1997, they started their career at WM-data as an IT Consultant, where they specialized in Novel Netware, Microsoft, and Banyan Vines, working with clients such as Tetra Pak, Ericsson, and Telia.

In 2000, they joined Qbranch as an Account Manager, responsible for selling niche services and solutions in System Management to customers in the IT/Telecom, Pharmaceutical, and Industrial sectors.

In 2002, Jusufagic founded System Verification, a global software quality analytics company, where they served as the Founder and Group CEO. The company specializes in advanced quality monitoring and provides strategic partnership and innovative solutions to clients.

From 2013 to 2019, they served as a Board Member at Malmö University, an international educational institution that focuses on interdisciplinary research and offers both undergraduate and postgraduate education.

In 2015, they became a Member of the Business Executives Council at Kungl. Ingenjörsvetenskapsakademien, IVA, where they contributed to regional activities and engaged in discussions with business leaders from various industries.

In 2016, Jusufagic became the Chief Executive Officer of CodeScene, a SaaS product developed by Empear that bridges the gap between technology and business. CodeScene has been recognized as the best tool in the world for identifying technical debt and provides stakeholders with insights into code evolution and project costs.

Hamdija also served as a Partner and Co-owner at Empear, the start-up company behind CodeScene, which combines forensic psychology with code analysis to support code development teams and stakeholders with predictive analysis and project management suggestions.

Jusufagic held the position of Chairman of the Board at Empear from 2019 to 2021.

In 2018, they founded Reinvent, a company focused on helping organizations adapt to future technological advancements through human insight and artificial intelligence. During their tenure, they served as the Founder and CEO.

Recently, in 2021, Jusufagic became a Board Member at Malmö FF, the most successful football club in Sweden, and a Member of the Board of Directors at Malmö Börssällskap, a non-profit organization supporting the business community in southern Sweden.

Throughout their career, Jusufagic has demonstrated their expertise in software quality analytics, project management, system management, and sales, with a strong focus on innovation, efficiency, and collaboration.

Hamdija Jusufagic completed their education at Kalmar University from 1992 to 1994. Hamdija obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering in 1994 from this institution. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained the ISTQB Foundation certification from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board in September 2004.
