Sıla Demirkol

Sıla Demirkol began their professional career in 2018 as an Intern at ENKA İnşaat ve Sanayi A.Ş. Engineering for a better future. In 2019, they joined Innovate as an IT Recruitment Assistant Consultant and Recruitment Intern. In 2020, they were hired as a Human Resources Assistant at SEM, where they actively recruited for performance marketing roles and helped grow the SEM, SEO, IT and Branding teams by initiating the hiring journey of 20+ people. In July 2020, they joined Codeway Studios as the 13th member on the team, and was promoted to Talent Acquisition Manager, Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Acquisition Specialist. In their role at Codeway, they design, develops and publishes highly scalable mobile applications & games that reach millions of users around the world.

Sıla Demirkol has a Master's degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from Istanbul University, obtained between 2019 and 2021. Sıla also holds a MicroMasters in Digital Communications and Marketing from DOBA Business School, obtained between 2020 and 2021. Additionally, they have a Bachelor's degree in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations from Istanbul University, obtained between 2015 and 2019. Demirkol has also obtained several certifications, including a Google Project Management Certificate from Coursera in June 2022, Performance and Bonus Management from Mindset Institute in March 2022, Competency-Based Interview Techniques from Assessment Systems Turkey in October 2020, Learning LinkedIn Recruiter from LinkedIn in March 2020, Women Leaders of the Future from KAGİDER Women Entrepreneurs Association of Turkey in 2018, Diction from İSMEK in 2016, Online Marketing Training from Google in 2016, Entrepreneurship from TUBITAK in 2015, and English Access Microscholarship Program from Türk Eğitim Derneği in 2011.
